The Technical Department |
|
| We are gifted to have four seasoned port engineers overlooking all technical aspects of our fleet. Each is responsible for overall conditions of the vessels-in-charge, including routine and non-routine maintenance, repair, dry-dock to what may seem as petty works, such as vessel document management to store or spare parts supply.Owing to our very attentive, very prudent and very detail-minded port engineers, our fleet has been trading worldwide problem-free by meeting all port requirements and port state control inspections. | ![]() |

Due to our vessels' trading pattern of frequently calling Japan, we have an established agent in Tokyo to support our Taipei technical department. Our Tokyo agent provides very effective assistance, especially dealing with urgent or emergency matters, to our fleet during the vessels's stays in Japan. As our business and focus transform, our Shanghai office is and will be taking a more important role in overall management of our fleet. With clear instruction, well-defined responsibilities and sharing of knowledge among our engineers in 3 locations, we are setting a high standard in modern ship management! |
| Sound ship management has become an international issue as more international rules and regulations are set up to govern the shipping industry and protect the world environment, such as the case of ISM code. We feel that all these rules and regulations would only solidify our position in ship management, as we were the first Taiwanese company to attain DOC in the ISM code. We had since further and will continue to improve our workflow to achieve the most efficient workflow. | ![]() |

Efficiency onboard our fleet is equally important as we continue to update our fleet with most modern equipment and maintain our fleet at best possible condition. We believe that with EFFICIENCY, many problems can be detected and resolved at early stage, minimizing the potential effect and loss for all – Y2K is one of such example. |
