The Marine Department

The important task of manning our vessels rests on the shoulders of our staffs in Marine Department. However, our staffs all are veteran captains and veterans at their duties so we are able to provide first class fleet management to our first class Charterers, meeting all our Charterers' demands marine3.JPG (10858 個位元組)

More than a decade of employing and refining the combination has provided our fleet with a steady, reliable, and experienced pool of seamen.
Safety is our utmost priority. Strict screening and training of our crew accompany by frequent visits and inspections of our vessels and crew performance by our port captains, plus routine shore-sea exercises and close monitoring of all follow-up actions are all evidences of our commitment to safety. Our desire and relentless strive for quality ship management took us to be the first shipping company in Taiwan to attain the company DOC of the ISM code, two and a half year ahead of the required compliance schedule!
Striving for quality ship management requires endless efforts. Therefore, we have further established a Shanghai office with fully equipped training center to efficiently manage our manning requirements related to Mainland Chinese crew as well as to effectively carry out associated tasks on safety and quality ship management. As our fleet further expands, we foresee that role of our Shanghai office would expand extensively and becoming more important than ever.
